📦 Returns & Exchanges

All items in this shop are either made to order or delivered as digital downloads. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives:

- misprinted or with a manufacturing defect  
- incorrect (wrong size, color, or item sent)  
- damaged during shipping

If you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us through Etsy within 14 days of delivery — we’re happy to help.

Please note: Digital downloads are non-refundable.  
For EU/UK buyers: Custom-made and digital items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under consumer law.
